Declaration can be submitted electronically, if you have a personal number (rodné číslo) or a tax ID (DIČ). In case you don't have those, you would have to file the declaration in person at the Financial authority. Electronic tax declaration can by submitted via your databox by you or via your databox by us. If you would like us to submit the declaration in person extra charge of 500 CZK would be added to your invoice.

• Preparing the Property Tax Declaration is on a first come, first serve basis.
• The filing deadline is 31.1.2026. Submissions received after 23.1.2025 may not be processed in time.
• In case of an incomplete submission client must provide all the required documents before 23.1.2025 to ensure a submission.
• We can not be held responsible for penalties and audits by the Tax Office if the client did not provide the correct data in time.
